At Jaipuri Gems Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in inspecting and securely packaging each gemstone before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

●       Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

●       Items must be unused, in original condition, and with the original certificate (if applicable).

●       Custom or made-to-order gemstones are not eligible for return.

●       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

●       Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.

●       Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

●       Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
